Aw,

Railhawks beat Chicago Fire 1-0 to advance to Open Cup quarters. Aw. Good job, boys. Maybe I can actually make it to the game next time. This one doesn't sound like it was much of a thriller, but knocking out the holders is always a pretty sweet feeling. Just ask Arsenal about that FA Cup match.

Sorry, y'all, this is what you get when Liverpool's boring me. (Babel's a good signing, but I know nothing about him, and I can't get worked up about friendlies.) Consider yourselves lucky I'm not talking about the u20s anymore.

It's a shame you weren't there. You could have inhaled the other half of that bright orange smoke bomb that's settling in my lungs right now. It was quite a party.

Well it's all gone quiet over there!
Well it's all gone quiet over there!
Well it's all gone quiet,
Well it's all gone quiet,
Well it's all gone quiet over there!

Liverpool? boring?

Lucky for me, I amuse easily and love pouring over all the littlest of news scraps.

And my 'hometown' club, Charleston Battery beat the Houston Dynamo last week in the US Cup! But, I stayed home and watched Copa America.

permanent4: Hee. Hopefully I can make it to the quarters, but Sunday nights aren't usually good for me (and honestly, the Copa America and U20 World Cup won out). Let me know if you're planning another outing in August!

sven: Heh. I'd rather have "boring," as in buying good players and winning friendlies, than trying to figure out exactly why we got Bellamy. Maybe I'm just more easily distractable.
